Our products come with a 100-day warranty that protects against material or workmanship defects. This ensures quality and satisfaction with every piece of jewelry.

 

Should you encounter any issues, please email unfilteredthelabel@outlook.com with the damaged item, and we will promptly ship a replacement. Please note, replacements are not covered under a new warranty.

​FAULTY ITEMS​

We thoroughly check all items before shipping them out. If you receive an item that is broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to unfilteredthelabel@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the visible damage and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. ​We ask you to ship it back to us & after our team inspects your item we will refund you the amount you originally paid plus shipping it to us.

REPAIRS

Depending on the extent of the damage, Unfiltered offers repair services. Please send an inquiry to unfilteredthelabel@outlook.com, and we will get back to you within 1 - 2 business days.​ Please note all inquiries are on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.
